Esmer is sweet and gentle and currently recovering from his life on the streets. He enjoys gentle attention and cuddles and napping comfortably in tucked-away spaces. Esmer is low-maintenance, though he requires some special medical care.* **

* Esmer's mystical eye: Esmer has partial vision due to a benign glaucoma (not dangerous and not needing surgery).

** Esmer has IBD that will require lifelong steroids (but they are easy to administer in food, and are inexpensive).
