Nothing keeps Frozen down! She came to us with a few serious medical issues, but was purring and pacing at every opportunity. She's a fearless girl who wants to explore her environment, and confidently approaches anyone new. Frozen would do well in a home that's somewhat energetic and busy.
She's tolerant of dogs, but much less so with cats.
History: Frozen came to us via a contact that works with unhoused people in Los Angeles. In her teens, Frozen contracted coccidia (a serious gastrointestinal infection), and miscarried her pregnancy due to the illness. This prompted her owners to surrender her into our medical care. Frozen was emaciated and run-down and unable to control her bowels, so we got to work on her. She has a strong will to survive, and recovered quickly on an aggressive medication plan. Nothing kept her down--she was trying to run around and explore her environment even at her veterinary ER exam!
